ONLINE PURCHASE CONDITIONS
All purchases made through the portal www.cecather.com (hereinafter, the website), owned by GRUPO CECATHER, are subject to the general conditions contained in the legal notice. The General Conditions prevail over the Online Purchase Conditions.
All products and services are subject to the following conditions. By purchasing on the web, you automatically accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
These conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties in relation to online sales transactions between the CECATHER GROUP and its customers.
CECATHER GROUP is empowered to unilaterally modify each and every one of the obligations set forth in these conditions, without the need for prior notice. Likewise, it is qualified to restructure, modify or eliminate any information, service or content included in the web, without the need for prior notice.
A purchase is not final until it is accepted by the CECATHER GROUP, which reserves the right of admission and cancellation of any order, being able to return the amount paid by the customer and being exempt from any other obligation.
PRODUCTS
All products sold on this website are new and original from the manufacturer.
CECATHER GROUP states that the product offered corresponds to the photograph and technical description thereof. However, it is exonerated from liability for those cases in which due to technical or human errors there were mistakes or variations between the photograph, the technical description and the price. Likewise, it is made clear that the photographs are merely indicative, and there may be variations in terms of their physical appearance, but without undermining the integrity and performance of the requested product.
PRICES
The price of the products is in EUROS and includes legal taxes in accordance with Spanish Legislation. The final summary of the purchase shows the final or total price of the same, indicating the amount corresponding to the price of the determined product and the amount corresponding to the applicable taxes.
Based on its commercial policy, GRUPO CECATHER may make final price changes either for loyalty, for the acquisition of products of a certain identity or relevance, as well as others that GRUPO CECATHER may stipulate in due course. However, it will be the CECATHER GROUP who freely and voluntarily offers these discounts and/or rebates, to whom it deems appropriate, and they cannot be demanded or requested at any time by the client.
All sales are made with their corresponding invoice. Products are available for sale while stocks last.
The prices displayed may be reviewed and modified at any time by GRUPO CECATHER.
Once the payment has been verified, the CECATHER GROUP will begin processing the order.
In the event that a product runs out of stock at the time of placing an order and we have not been able to update this information on the web, we will contact you immediately to propose a similar product or refund the corresponding amount.
All prices are valid except for a typographical error, in which case we will notify the people affected to correct the error.

Once the order is confirmed, the customer can pay:

Credit card fraud is a crime, and GRUPO CECATHER will take legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our online store.
CECATHER GROUP monitors each transaction and will use all the means available by law so that those people and companies that make fraudulent purchases are sanctioned by the authorities.
TRANSFER:
Do not forget to indicate the order number when making the transfer. It must be made in the EURO currency.
It is important that you indicate in Observations: "order no x", as well as your name and surname.
It is important that you make the transfer within 3 days of placing the order, to prevent your purchase order from expiring.
The order is not considered effective until the CECATHER GROUP can effectively verify that the payment has been made. If you want to expedite the procedures, you can send us by email to info@cecather.com the proof of the transfer made.
Remember that all possible exchange and bank commissions are borne by you when opting for this payment system.

It is one of the most widely used systems on the Internet for payments by credit card. It is a totally safe transaction. The data entered at no time are viewed or stored by us, since the entire process is carried out on the servers themselves.

SHIPPING
GRUPO CECATHER will not send any product until the Administration Department has verified that the payment has been made.
The delivery will be considered made at the moment in which the carrier has made the products available to the client and the latter has signed the delivery receipt document.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the products upon receipt and expose all the exceptions and claims that may be justified in the delivery receipt document.
CECATHER GROUP will send the products by the means it deems appropriate to comply with its commitments.
All orders confirmed in our online store will be sent within an approximate period of 1 to 4 working days by one of our transport services within Peninsular Spain. For shipments to the Balearic Islands, the term may be increased by 2 or 3 more days. However, these deadlines are indicative and may vary for reasons beyond our company.
Made-to-measure or personalized products will have a longer delivery time and it will be the CECATHER GROUP who duly informs them of said time frame, which could vary depending on the complexity of manufacturing or the workload in workshops.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouses, we will send you an e-mail confirming the order's departure. In order to optimize delivery, you must indicate an address where the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
CECATHER GROUP does not deliver to post office boxes. Please, detail all the necessary data for delivery to your shipping address. Having complete information allows us to deliver your order on time. CECATHER GROUP does not commit to any delivery period
determined, since the shipping process depends on third parties.
OUT OF STOCK
On the web we only sell products in stock that allow us to serve the product in the time described as the delivery period. However, the synchronization of the web with the stores is not instantaneous. In addition, in the period of time between when a customer registers a
order on the web until we receive and process the proof of payment, some product could be out of stock. Due to the above, there could be an isolated case in which we cannot serve an order due to lack of stock.
When it is not possible to serve a product due to lack of stock, GRUPO CECATHER will contact the customer to notify them, cancel the order and return their money immediately by bank transfer.
WARRANTY
CECATHER GROUP customers will benefit from the guarantee given by the different manufacturers of each item.
Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear caused by normal use of the same, are not included in this guarantee.
Losses in the functionality of the articles, due to their design limitations, are also excluded from the coverage of this guarantee.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Way to exercise the right of withdrawal: To exercise the right of withdrawal with respect to products purchased exclusively on the web, you must express your unequivocal decision to withdraw from the contract, within 14 calendar days, of any of the following
ways:

- Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraphs, you may also choose to exercise your right of withdrawal by completing and sending to info@cecather.com withdrawal form that can download here, in which case, we will notify you without delay by email the receipt of said withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal will be understood to be exercised within the term when you have sent us the communication regarding the exercise of this right before the end of the corresponding term, in the terms indicated above.
Consequences of withdrawal: In the event that you exercise the right of withdrawal, we will refund the payment that we have received from you, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you Report your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will proceed to make said refund using the same means of payment in which the purchase was paid without incurring any expense as a result of the refund except for the cost of returning the product that will be borne by the buyer. In all cases, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging with the manuals and accessories they include. If this were not the case, said withdrawal cannot be exercised.

JURISDICTION, JURISDICTION AND LEGISLATION
For all issues that are not specifically provided for in this contract, the provisions of the Civil Code will apply. Likewise, for all those that may arise between the parties, the contracting parties, waiving their own jurisdiction, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Coruña.
